Barbara Gayle started her career in International Insurance.  With the birth of her son in 1989 and an MBA earned, she formed a highly successful gift and party planning business called Gift Basketier with a factory and showroom on Staten Island.  Later she partnered in a firm called Outside the Box which was an exclusive distributor of Italian jewelry on the east coast. 

Ms. Gayle is the president of her own consulting firm specializing in the fashion and entertainment industries.
